Insomnia Treatment : Golden sleeping rules

- Keep regular timing to go to bed and get up in morning
- Go to sleep early, get up early in morning
- Keep bed sheets and bed room surroundings clean and pleasant
- Avoid sleeping in the afternoon or at any other time during the day
- Wake up your body in the morning with physical exercise
- Cool it down at night with meditation or a Shirodhara session
- Listen to soft music
- Go for a warm bath before bed
- Try a cup of warm milk every day before sleep
- Avoid caffeine, nicotine and other stimulants
- Avoice alcohol before bed
- Don't eat too much or too little
- If you can't sleep for 20-30 minutes, get out of bed and have a Shirodhara session with Cristalmind Shirodhra equipment for 20 minutes. Dry your hair and come back to bed. You will fall asleep.

  2. I took this med for 6 months during my father's illness and death. As time went on, I became more dependent on using it. I also had many occurances of sleepwalking. In my last episode of sleepwalking, I pulled the drawer completely out of the dresser and spilled its contents on my foot, including our handgun. I'll never touch this stuff again!!!
